I’m not a fan of crash/fad diets that eliminate food groups as I don’t believe they are scientifically sound.
I am a fan of helping you to understand where you can make changes in your lifestyle to really see and feel the difference. I believe in taking small steps at first and building on this, sometimes even week by week or month by month. I will be there supporting you and encouraging you through structured , fun and challenging workouts.
I’ve also trained to support clients with special conditions (Diabetes, Parkinsons disease , spinal conditions etc.. ) I’m qualified to look after anyone recovering from cancer and I work closely with Physio’s in my second job as a Physio Assistant.

1-1, 2-1 or small group training in my studio/gym in Chelmsford
1-1 £39 | 5 sessions £180
2-1 £48 | 5 sessions £200

Block bookings will include nutritional advice and guidance and a 6 week progress check
